CAKE CARE & COOKIE BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

MAIN COOKIE INGREDIENTS

  • Flour

  • Browned butter

  • Eggs

  • White sugar

  • Brown sugar

  • Baking soda

  • Baking powder

  • Salt 

  • Sour cream 

Baking instructions:

While you preheat the oven to 350F, take the cookies out and let them sit for 15 mins. Bake in the centre of your oven for 11-14 mins until the cookies are golden brown. Every oven is different so make sure to keep an eye on your cookies so they don’t burn. If you find that your oven runs hotter, adjust the temperature by 10-20 degrees lower. Let cookies cool for 5-10 mins before devouring ;)

**TIP: If your oven tends to burn food from the bottom, place a baking sheet on the baking rack below your cookies while they bake. This should block off some of that heat.

  • ||Leftover cake|| Wrap slices of the cake in plastic wrap and place into an air tight container. Cake can be frozen for up to 3 months.
